RMG follows a systematic and thorough seven-step process for the planning and placement of all media. The following is a brief description of each step:

Step 1: Customer Profile
Utilizing all available research information, RMG Marketing develops a clear picture of the desired target customer group. This profile goes well beyond simple demographic segmentation to include complete lifestyle profiling.

Step 2: Client Objectives
The objectives of the media campaign are committed to writing and provided to each member of the buying team. This ensures that everyone understands completely the client's expectations of the media campaign.

Step 3: MediaMatch
A comprehensive media search is conducted utilizing quantitative and qualitative media research as well as a thorough competitive analysis. A list of media options is determined based on their ability to effectively and efficiently reach the desired target customer group.

Step 4: The Plan
Working from the list of recommended media options, a plan is developed. Working closely with the client, RMG creatively determines how to best utilize each medium.

Step 5: Placement
After receiving client approval of the recommended media plan, RMG's buyers then begin the placement process. During this phase, RMG buyers negotiate and secure the greatest value possible for the client, including "added value" opportunities that will enhance the client's exposure.

Step 6: Monitoring
In order to measure the success of our plan, sales are tracked on a weekly basis and included, in graph form, on each media flow chart. Modifications are made as necessary to ensure the success of the plan.

Step 7: Follow-Up
Following the completion of each campaign, a post-buy analysis is conducted to insure that media was delivered as promised. Shortfalls on guaranteed delivery are made good on future campaigns.
